Big10 Media specializes in professional and broadcast video equipment sales, rentals and production services. Our company, founded in 2003, is headquartered in Miami Beach, Florida with offices in Tokyo, Japan and Vancouver, BC

Purchasing:

Payment:

Payment is due in full in advance

The following methods of payment are accepted:

* Bank Wire Transfer
* American Express, VISA, Mastercard
* PayPal
* Company or Personal Check

* Checks must clear prior to shipping
* Credit Cards will not be accepted from non-US/Canadian buyers
* Special Order items are non-cancelable and non-refundable

Sales Tax:

If the order is shipped or picked up within the State of Florida, the law requires that a 7% local sales tax be added to the order total including the amount of the shipping charge. This tax is not a VAT, and cannot be recovered by non-USA visitors when returning home. If you have resale or tax exempt status, please send it to us by fax prior to making payment.

We do not collect tax for orders shipped out of the State of Florida.

Shipping:

UPS - United Parcel Service:

Our standard shipping method within the continental USA, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, is UPS 3 Day service - Approx. 3-5 Business days delivery from shipping date.

Other options include UPS Ground, 2 Day and Next Day services.

A signature is required for all UPS shipments upon receipt.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico can only be shipped via UPS 2 Day or UPS Next Day, but not via UPS 3 Day service". (Please allow up to 3 Business days for delivery.)

All rush orders (1-day and 2-day shipping) are normally shipped on the same day if in stock and if placed before 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time).

USPS - United States Postal Service:

To all 50 states (including Puerto Rico). Please allow 7-10 days for delivery via Air Mail and 2-4 Business days for Express Mail

Shipping Charges:

Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the parcel's weight and destination. Value is also considered for insurance purposes only. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels.


Shipping Rules & Policies:

US Customers: Big10 Media will ship to your home, your place of business, or a third party address

International Customers: shipments will be made to your home, or to a USA residence address

We cannot ship to any of these locations: hotels, motels and resorts, APO addresses or PO Boxes

Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days

Please be aware that shipments via UPS are trackable and have a guaranteed delivery time. Shipments sent via US Postal Service can take much longer to reach their destination and cannot be tracked

International Delivery:

We can ship via US Postal Service, or International UPS, depending on the weight, value, and destination of your merchandise. Please note that we will ship only to your home address, or to a USA residential address

Big10 Media is not responsible for and can offer no specific advice on import fees, duty, Customs or taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise reaches you and urges you to consult your local government import office with any questions

Return & Exchange:

At Big10 Media our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Big10 Media within 7 days of receiving the item(s) (Subject to the rules and policies set forth below), at which time we'll gladly exchange it for another item or give you a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price (excluding shipping charges), whichever you prefer. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, unregistered, in their original box, and include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.

Please inspect your merchandise carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. Claims for items damaged during shipping must be made with the shipping company. Big10 Media is not responsible for items damaged in shipping. Insurance for the full amount of the purchase price is included in the cost of shipping.

Rules & Policies:

No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Call 305-673-5871 or email info@big10media.com to get an RMA number before sending your item back. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted

If any of the above conditions are not met, Big10 Media reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of 20%, at our sole discretion

Big10 Media is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise

Refunds on returned items will be credited to the same payment method that the purchase was made. If it was paid by check, the refund will only be made by check after 10 business days have elapsed from the date of purchase

Special order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable

Warranties:

New items are covered by a manufacturer's USA warranty or an International warranty

* USA warranty: customers are asked to contact the authorized service centers or the respective manufacturer in the event that your equipment requires service during and after the warranty period
* International warranty (imported items): covered by manufacturer's warranty in the country of origin. Big10 Media will deliver your equipment to the manufacturer or service center via our Florida office. Shipping expenses to and from Florida are the responsibility of the buyer
* Extended Warranties: some equipment is eligible for extended warranty. Customers are asked to contact the provider directly in the event that your equipment requires service under the extended warranty
* Open Box, Demo or Used Merchandise carries a two (2) business day inspection period unless otherwise specified
